Our job is to act as facilitators of learning and positive experiences. We do not do things ‘for’ learners, rather we are alongside them supporting them to do meaningful things for themselves. We believe parents and carers are the experts on their young people and acknowledge this in our working relationships. Learners are at the centre of everything we do. We work in collaboration with young people, learning from them just as much as we are ‘‘teaching“ them.

Neurodiverse people are at a disadvantage because the world has been set up for neurotypical people. We believe in a world set up for all and champion the rights of everyone to be equally included in society. We strive for this within education settings, the workplace, and wider communities.

We are known for creating and maintaining excellent partnerships and innovative working approaches. We are extremely responsive to needs, and provide alternative, tailor made ideas, and creative solutions that may not have been explored.
