Alternative Learning Provision, Where Every Learner Finds Their Path
ALP Framework Approved Providers for Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset Local Authorities
Explore Our Pathways
Our induction process identifies the best pathway for each learner, tailored to their strengths, goals, and needs. By blending focus areas, we build flexible, personalised programmes that support academic and personal growth.
We help children and young people overcome learning barriers through personalised mentoring, strategic support, and targeted tuition. Our mentors offer academic guidance and a listening ear, helping learners feel understood and motivated. This approach boosts confidence, engagement, and the skills needed to succeed at school.
We assist learners awaiting new placements by keeping them engaged, supporting them through EHCP assessments, and helping them develop strategies for success. Our approach ensures a smooth transition while building the skills, confidence, and motivation they need to thrive in their new environment.
We prepare students for independence through career guidance, life skills, and work placements. By supporting them in the workplace and gradually stepping back, we build their confidence and proficiency. We also support smooth transitions into further education, employment, or social care.
Personalised learning tailored to each student’s interests, featuring targeted tuition in GCSE English and Maths, Functional Skills, and engaging small-group opportunities to build skills, confidence, and motivation.
What We Do
We provide tailored learning pathways and meaningful experiences for children and young people when traditional education may not be the right fit at this point in their lives. Our programmes are designed to engage and support learners, ensuring they are well-prepared for the next stage of their journey—whether that is returning to school, starting a new school, moving on to college, starting an apprenticeship, or transitioning into social care services.
Our Learning Space
Learning happens wherever it works best. We have two beautifully converted barns—one designed for younger children, and one for teenagers and young adults—along with outdoor spaces, local community locations, learners’ homes, and support within schools. All learning begins where learners feel safe, supported, and ready to engage.
