About Us

Our Story

In 2023, long-time friends and former colleagues Rachel Westwood and Rhys Farmer came together with a shared vision: to create an innovative, inclusive learning space for children and young people who don’t thrive in traditional settings.

Rachel brings energy, compassion, and a relentless drive to break down barriers to learning. She builds strong partnerships, supports smooth transitions, and ensures every young person feels seen, supported, and ready to succeed.

Rhys is passionate about holistic, joined-up care. With experience across education, health, and social care, he focuses on delivering seamless, personalised support so no one slips through the gaps.

In early 2025, ex-professional footballer Dayle Grubb joined the team, bringing a wealth of experience in coaching and mentoring. Through sport and connection, Dayle inspires trust, motivation, and confidence.

Together, Rachel, Rhys, and Dayle are creating something truly different: a place where young people feel understood, valued, and equipped with the tools, support, and belief they need to thrive.

We Empower Learners to Build Resilience

We have high expectations of our learners. We do not do things for them; rather, we work alongside them — empowering them to make their own choices and decisions. We aspire to impart skills that will lead to greater resilience and self-management so that learners can move on with confidence and better cope with any adversity.

Our Curriculum

Working in partnership with learners, teachers use ASDAN course specifications to design and deliver engaging, personalised content. Learners can choose short courses that meet their individual needs and spark or deepen their interests.

We Are Committed to Anti-Bullying

Network Learning Pathways is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and healthy environment for all young people in our care. By proactively addressing and challenging bullying and its early signs, we aim to enhance learners' wellbeing, demonstrate our commitment to their safety, and send a clear message that such behaviour will not be tolerated.
