Transition to New Provision
We assist learners awaiting new placements by keeping them engaged, supporting them through EHCP assessments, and helping them develop strategies for success. Our approach ensures a smooth transition while building the skills, confidence, and motivation they need to thrive in their new environment.
Transition to Adulthood
We prepare students for independence through career guidance, life skills, and work placements. By supporting the min the work place and gradually stepping back, we build their confidence and proficiency. We also support smooth transitions into further education ,employment, or social care.
EOTAS
Personalised learning tailored to each student’s interests, featuring targeted tuition in GCSE English and Maths,Functional Skills, and engaging small-group opportunities to build skills, confidence ,and motivation.
Pathway+
Pathway+ is our enhanced progression programme for young people who need additional support to move into education, employment, or training. Learners can work towards Functional Skills and GCSE qualifications, achieve ASDAN Employability Awards and Certificates, take part in meaningful work placements, and receive personalised job coaching to help them achieve positive outcomes.
